About
- The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) approves and adopts the contents of the 2 parts of the CMA exam and issues its results.
- The CMA exam is held at AMIDEAST Center “Mohi El-Din – Egypt” under the IMA supervision.
- The CMA exam consists of the following 2 parts

How to be CMA ?
- You have to get at least a bachelor degree.
- “Note: bachelor degree is not a must to sit for CMA exam parts”
- You have to make a membership in the IMA.
- You have to apply for the exam with the IMA.
- Two continuous years of professional experience.
- 30 hours of CPE credits, including two hours of ethics, and annual IMA Membership are required to maintain active status.
- You have to pass the above mentioned parts of CMA.

Notes:
- If a candidate registers for both parts at the same time for the same testing window, the fee will be $300 per part.
- Entrance Fee ($200): If a candidate does not register for an exam part within the first 12 months of entering the program, they will be required to repay the entrance fee. In addition, if the candidate does not pass both parts of the exam within three years of entering the program, the candidate will be required to repay the entrance fee.
